Stephen F. Rutz Sr.
Stephen F. Rutz Sr. is an accomplished author, retired U.S. Army Colonel, and expert in Business Enterprise Engineering. With over 27 years of service in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and 11 years in the private sector, Steve’s career has been driven by a passion for understanding why people and organizations think and act the way they do.
Beyond his professional achievements, Steve holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering and has dedicated over three decades to leading Bible studies, with a particular focus on the book of Revelation. His journey as an author began with God’s Word and 21st Century Terrorism: The Revelation of September 11, inspired by the events of 9/11. He has since explored topics ranging from aging and planning for life’s later stages to personal decision-making and faith in his books, including Don’t Bore Me with Facts, My Mind Is Made Up!
Married for over six decades, Steve cherishes his family, including two children and four grandchildren, who inspire his mission to share wisdom and faith across generations.
