With over 27 years of service in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and 11 years in the private sector, Steve’s career has been driven by a passion for understanding why people and organizations think and act the way they do.

Beyond his professional achievements, Steve holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering and has dedicated over three decades to leading Bible studies, with a particular focus on the book of Revelation.
